Will the condo fee go up?
Once the owners take over the fee this might happen. Currently the condo
fees are $192 per month.
What are the taxes going to be?
Please call the County Assessor. Property taxes are based upon value.
Can I rent my condo to other people?
Yes, if approved by the condo association.
How many parking spots per unit?
There is one garage space per unit.
What is the neighborhood like?
It is the north side of downtown within walking distance of Champaigns
finest restaurants and night life. This is a low crime area. For more

For shopping you are a five minute drive from both Market Place and North
Prospect.
Is it pet friendly?
Yes, you may have pets, within limits.
Where will my mailbox be?
Each unit will have its own mailbox next to its front door.
How
will the trash be handled?
Each unit will have its own Garbage toter.
What are the other two phases?
The vacant lot on the north side of the loft building will have eight
townhouses. Across Columbia on the north we have planned a neighborhood
bistro and three rowhouses.
Is there bus service?
Yes, the main terminal for the mass transit district is located just a
few blocks to the south in the Illinois Terminal. Routes run within a
half of a block of the development. The Illinois Terminal is also the
location for the inter-city bus lines and Amtrak.
